Refund Policy and Return Policy

At Dermakart, we understand that circumstances may require cancellations or refunds. Here's our policy:

1. Cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our customer support team.

2. Refunds:
Refunds are issued for cancelled orders or returned products within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

3. Return Shipping: 
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

 

4. Exchanges, Returns, and Refunds:
Please note that Dermakart will only process return or exchange or refund if the product is Wrong or Damaged

Please ensure that the return request must be placed between 4 calendar days after delivery. After that we are not responsible for it.
