Cancellation Policy

At Dermakarts, we strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below.

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been dispatched from our warehouse. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@dermakarts.com with your order number. Once the cancellation request is verified and approved, a full refund will be initiated.

2. Orders Already Dispatched

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. Customers may refer to our Return & Refund Policy for eligible return or replacement requests.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout. Refund processing may take 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider and bank.

4. Cancellation by Dermakarts

Dermakarts reserves the right to cancel an order in situations including but not limited to: Product unavailability Pricing or inventory errors Suspected fraudulent transactions Incomplete or unverifiable customer information If an order is cancelled by Dermakarts after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.
