1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:

3. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for products that are unopened and in their original condition.
Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
4. Return Shipping Cost

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Dermakart will provide a free return shipping label.

For all other valid returns, we also provide a free return label, with no additional return shipping cost to the customer.

6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved:
